40's Antique White Straw Brimmed Tilt Hat dressy tessy dress Three hook closure in front1940's antique white straw hat. Narrow crown is high and indented, wrapped with a wide black grosgrain hatband. Tucked into the back is a matching hatpin. Underneath is attached black veiling which is secured in a way that creates a scalloped edging that lays over the short downward curved brim.
