Onto the netting is an embroidered design that really serves to highlight the dresses design. It sits off shoulder though you could wear them up as well and has a wide, heavily embroidered collar. That same embroidery runs through the dress and gets heavier at the end of the fantastic wide sleeves and all around the bottom of the dramatic skirt. A
