1960s Hand Applied Gold Cord & Mirrors on Black Velvet Tunic Top designer-harvey-berin It is exquisite and remarkableI have no background on this top but it is all done by hand and is quite fabulous. The base is a black cotton velvet and I love the shape of the entire top. The sleeves end just above the wrist and the flare out and are rounded at their cuffs, curving upwards on the inside part of the sleeve.
