Kaye Custom Design use Boutique Quality, they are 100% cotton. The Shirts run TRUE to size, they have Puff Sleeves or Ruffle Sleeves. Sizes 6 12mo and 12 18mo are Bodysuits with Ruffle Sleeve. Sizes 2T and up are Ruffle Shirts with Puff Sleeve. The shirt is custom with embroidery, with glitter finishes. The tutus are made with a soft tulle material. The ribbon is sewn onto the bottom for durability.
