Gourd Flower Vase in Midnight Blue Crystalline, 11.5"h (Ben Owen III) Creamers Measuring 7”w x 12"hThis Gourd Vase shape is influenced by nature while the artistic glaze covering it is inspired by modern developments in glaze crystal formation. The curvature of the vase provides a lovely accent for crystal growth. The Midnight Blue Crystalline glaze is one of the newer glazes Ben has developed in his Crystalline Glaze Series. The crystals are formed within the glaze along the surface of the vase during the cooling processes of the kiln firing. Due
