The first putter produced was a smooth roller with a maple baseplate inlay. The inlay was engraved with a werewolf holding a baby, along with the date of birth. The story goes that a friend of mine was purchasing this as a gift of the new baby, and when asked about things the father was interested in, he mentioned werewolves.
