It has just been disgorged having spent three years on lees (late disgorged). Predominantly Pinot Noir (75%) grapes from Robe are highlighted in this wine, with a backbone of Mount Gambier Chardonnay (25%). High quality fruit, whole bunch pressed and a steady primary ferment, captured the pretty red fruits making for an elegant Ros.
